Retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after 23 years in the US Air Force. - Flew as a Senior Director on the E-3C AWACS and Mission Crew Commander in the E-8C Joint STARS surveillance aircraft. 900+ combat flying hours in Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan). Three years Associate Professor at US Air Force Academy - 1 year as a Squadron Commander. 3 years Counter Drugs, 1 year in Korea. - Medals Awarded include 3 Meritorious Service Medals, 5 Air Medals, 3 Commendation Medals, 2 National Defense Service Medals, Air Force Expeditionary Medal, 3 Southwest Asia Service Medals, 2 Iraqi Campaign Medals - 6 Years with Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Systems Engineer upgrading both the E-3 and E-8 aircraft. - Currently owns Christian Brothers Automotive in Cumming and Jones Bridge GA
